Afghanistan:Taliban “Narco-terror attack” targets aid workers 5 dead

It started before dawn when most of the workers were asleep and just before the rotation of Guards on the exterior of the compound which has a gate and both armed government and private security personnel.

The office of the Press secretary in a release issued by the Palace website says, “that President Arroyo’s decision to run for Pampanga’s second congressional district continues to draw multi-sectoral support as sectoral leaders encouraged her to go on with her political plans.”

Arroyo: Grills military and Police over delayed responce – promises justice to victims of Maguindanao Massacre

Philippine President Gloria Macapagal-Arroyo visited victims families in Mindanao’s Koronadal City, and condoled with the families of the Maguindanao massacre victims.
At the Callado Funeral Homes, the President viewed the caskets of six reporters: Francisco Suhang and Leah Dalmacio of SOCKSARGEN Today, Gina dela Cruz and Matrife Montano of Saksi Mindanaoan News, and Maritess Cablitas and Russel Morales of News Focus.
