Mark Dizon’s a suspect says police in tjhe murders and robbery of up to 9 people is being investigated by Police and members of the National Bureau of Investigation as well as Police and Law enforcement attache’s of three embassies.
What they want to know is if Dizon, could be linked alone or with others to other violent crimes versus local retiree’s and other foreign residents in the area where his crimes took place. possible other criminal activities.
Police say another area investigators are checking into is ID theft and using the information some of the people he killed in a attempt to get at funds they had in local banks and pensions abroad.
Investigators are looking into still if Dizon worked alone or had accomplices. One key point raisesd wass in the massacre of five people – some Police say two sets of footprints and show patterns were uncovered at the murder of five people.
Also the murder weapon was different from what police said was found on the suspect when he was arrested in La Union Province. But investigators speaking on local radio station interviews monitored in manila also said that so far Dizon is cooperating.
