PRC: New guidelines for broadcast TV, Radio, and Cable TV operations

The Philippines Professional Regulatory Commission (PRC) has issued a new memorandum circular to set the guidelines for Broadcast and cable TV in the country. In an effort to make Broadcasters and cable operators meet the legal limits for, “Minimum manning and manpower requirement of the broadcast industry.”
The PRC’s Board of Electronics Engineering, issued a memorandum circular 2010-07. Under provisions of RA 9292 or the Electronics Law of 2004 stations and cable operators are required to meet the following basic guidelines:
